Warded to self.* Well. I shouldn't have to say this, tell you this, because you should've already known but this shouldn't have happened. You knew that we had to be careful. I know that somewhere within that brain of yours, you knew this. I do not believe for one second that you forgot about this. Perhaps it was the dragon pox. Or the elation from finally killing the McKinnons. I don't know. But whatever it was, whatever you did to get yourself captured, I don't approve of it. Do you know how many people will rise up and claim they were right from the start? How many people will quickly tell the entire world that purists are wrong, they are awful, and all the multitude of normal things they say? How many people will point their finger at Lettie? And accuse her of being a Death Eater as well? I don't know about you, but I would much rather not see Lettie be taken in for questioning and somehow arrested because the Aurors want nothing more than to capture any Death Eaters, guilty or otherwise?
No. No, you did not think of that. I don't know what you were thinking, but you were not thinking of anyone but yourself. If that. I want to tell you all sorts of rude things because I think you deserve it and I think you deserve to know that this has affected people more than yourself, but you know that I cannot and will not be able to do that. I can't see you being acquitted. You won't be able to see this ward, in any way, but I do not think that I will be surprised at your conviction. They have something, evidence, anything. I know that they could not rush through this without damning evidence, so that is why I am sure of your conviction. But then what? Then you'll be in Azkaban and you will survive. Will you? I want to let you know that you should wait for the Dark Lord's wisdom because He will act justly and as swiftly as possible, but it won't work if you do not survive. But it is Azkaban. I don't know.

Warded to Death Eaters. The DMLE just received an anonymous message that said a Death Eater has been captured. They signed it "XOXO The Order of the Phoenix." X With sparkles.
I've copied the message: We caught a Death Eater for you. He was attempting to murder the family at (address) by sealing up their home and setting it on fire. We then engaged in a duel and were able to disarm him. It was a life or death situation which would have equaled death to innocent people had we not engaged. But now you have a Death Eater at the scene of an attempted murder. Please come gather him. He smells strange.
